The  Memorial site is located in downtown Black Creek adjacent to the Newton Blackmour State Trail.

The site features a granite memorial dedicated to all branches of the Armed Forces with 3 flag poles and it is flanked by 2 granite walls used to honor Veterans.

The memorial is a joint effort of the American Legion, Village of Black Creek, Black Creek Business Association and many local businesses and residents.

American Legion Post #332 of Black Creek is excited to kick off its fundraising efforts in order honor and memorialize those who have served their country and create a gathering place in the community.
