Re: Village of Black Creek – E. Burdick Street mill and overlay project

Construction is scheduled to begin on your roadway/street Monday, June 29th, 2026. Please be sure to have all vehicles removed from roadways during typical work hours, failure to remove vehicles may result in towing at owner’s expense. Any deliveries, building construction, etc. should wait to be scheduled until after surface paving is complete. Work is anticipated to last approximately 3 weeks and will consist of curb & gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, asphalt pavement milling, asphalt resurfacing and landscape restoration.

Your street will be closed to thru traffic and open to local traffic only during construction. Emergency access to your property will be available at all times, but please use caution when traveling to and from your business or residence.
