NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Black Creek, Outagamie County, Wisconsin on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Center, 507 S. Maple Street, Black Creek, Wisconsin, on the following request:
A request for rezoning of the Village of Black Creek, Municipal Code, 390-94 thru 390-97, Changes and Amendments to the Zoning Code, submitted as follows:
Village of Black Creek – 613 N. Clark Street – A request to change the zoning district for parcel 220036200 from CON Conservancy to C-1 General Commercial.
Interested parties and/or their agents will be provided an opportunity to express their views on this request.
