Effective January 1, 2026, the Village of Black Creek Utilities will be increasing sewer rates by 10%.

Sewer Customers of Black Creek Municipal Water & Sewer Utility
The Village Board of Trustees approval of the sewer rate increase of 10% will go in effect January 1st, 2026. You will see the increase on the March 31st, 2026 utility bill.
