NOTICE OF 2026 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Village of Black Creek will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 budget at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Community Center at 507 S. Maple Street.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT said budget in detail is available for the public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk by appointment, and the general public can request a copy to review by calling the Village Clerk’s Office.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT immediately following the close of the Public Hearing, the Village Board will meet in Special Session to adopt the 2026 budget with any changes or amendments made and resulting from the public hearing, and set the 2025 mill rate.
